• Eligible teams include all female, all male and mixed pairs.
• An individual may only compete in each kata once.
• Teams may compete in multiple kata.
• Changes may be made at the discretion of the Tournament Committee.
• First, Second and Third place will be awarded in each kata.

• Nage no kata
• Katame no kata
• Ju no kata

Only one team member is required to pay for kata. When registering, please enter your team-mate's name where requested on the registration form.
