Dojos/Senseis may send in their athlete's official weights to Joe Cox by email at [email protected], by February 28, 2024. Please be aware it is the coach's responsibility to ensure each student is in the correct bracket after weights are submitted. 

There will be no registrations/weights accepted after the February 28, deadline. 

Parents and registrants may enter the weight during the registration process but cannot send in their child's official weight independent of their coach or sensei.

Please note: If an athlete's weight is put into question, we will ask them to step on a scale to confirm their weight. If they are not within 5% of the declared weight, they will be disqualified from the event with no refund given.
