Eligibility: Clinic is open to purple belt and up or judoka 13 years of age and older with a current USJF, USJA or USA Judo membership.  Participants must show proof of Membership).  Event Excess Accident Medical Coverage is in effect for USA Judo members.

“Because of the slow movement in Ju No Kata, it expresses the principle of Judo simply and logically in advancing and retreating movements, specific body movements, and the use of strength in offensive and defensive movement. 

Judo “Kata”,’ a choreographed, mock fight between two people that demonstrates, in various combinations, the martial arts offensive and defensive moves.  Through the study of Kata, one will experience the true spirit of actual fighting, and comprehend the principles of techniques."      Ms. Keiko Fukuda
